There is something about a beachy card that makes me want to grab an iced coffee and pretend I live oceanfront. Add cute pelicans and a punny sentiment, and I am all in.
Today’s handmade summer card features several fun products from the new La-La Land Crafts Summer Release, and it has such a bright coastal feel.
Card Details
I started this card with the gorgeous By The Sea Paper Pack. I love when the patterned paper does the heavy lifting. Next, I die-cut the frame from white cardstock using the A2 Bookplate Die. The frame helped frame those silly pelicans at the beach.
I stamped the adorable images from the Gulp Gulp Clear Stamp Set, then colored them with Copic markers. To build the scene, I added die cuts from the Palm Trees Die and Beach Pilings Die, colored with Copic Markers.
I finished the card with a sentiment strip from the Scalloped Sentiment Labels Die, tucked right into the bottom corner of the scene.
