Hi crafty friends! I’m excited to share this card today from the new Summer Release by La La Land Crafts. This handmade summer card has all the beachy things I love, including palm trees, a lighthouse, flying birds, and the sweetest Marci, taking time to simply be!
Card Details
I started this beach scene card by stamping Simply Be Marci Rubber Stamp and coloring her with my Copic Markers. Her bright yellow outfit and warm red hair bring such a sunny vacation vibe to the card.
For the background, I used the gorgeous By The Sea Paper Pack. The soft sunset colors helped set the scene without making the card feel too busy. I layered it with the Wood Textures 1 Paper Pack to add that perfect weathered beach boardwalk look.
Next, I added several die cuts from the new Summer Release. The Palm Trees Die brings in a fun tropical feel, while the Lighthouse Die adds a bold seaside focal point. I also tucked in the Flying Birds Die because every beach card needs a little sky drama.
