Some cards just feel like a hug the moment you see them, and this one absolutely does! Between the sweet woodland friends, the bright pops of color, and that happy little scene, this card came together with so much joy. I created today’s project using the January 2026 Kit of the Month, and it’s one of those kits that makes crafting feel effortless and fun from start to finish.

How This Card Came Together
I started with a patterned paper panel from the In Forest Paper Pack and trimmed it down to fit an A2 card base. Next, I die-cut white cardstock using the Tree Branches Die. Then, I stamped the cute duo from the Here for You Clear Stamp Set (from the kit) and colored everything in with my Copic Markers.
Copic Markers
Dark Gray: W9, W7, W5, W3
Light Gray: W3, W1, W0
Eyes: B02, B00
Ears: R2

After coloring, I die-cut the image and added it to the center of the card with liquid adhesive. For the sentiment, I reached for the HUGS die-cut from the kit and cut it from bold pink cardstock to help it stand out against the background. To finish this card, I added the Hearts Garland Die hanging from the tree branches that I cut apart and adhered with liquid adhesive.
Good news: there’s still time to get your hands on the January 2026 KOTM! You can grab it as a subscription or choose a one‑time purchase—whatever works best for your crafting budget.

Super fun and cute!
