Hey crafty friends! I’m back today with a card that absolutely fills my heart with holiday joy—and maybe just a little mischief too. I had the best time creating this playful scene using the brand-new Christmas Cats stamps and dies from the Sugar and Spice Release by Simon Says Stamp. If you’re a fan of cute critters and festive vibes, this set is going to steal your heart!

For the front panel, I started by ink-blending a bright aqua background and adding soft splatters for that snowy, winter-magic effect.
Next, I die-cut the Mama Elephant Combo Rectangle Creative Cuts from both white and red cardstock to frame the scene. For the background panel, I chose a darker teal cardstock to coordinate with the blended front panel and help all the bright holiday elements stand out beautifully.
These little furballs are so expressive and fun to color! I used soft gray shades with rosy cheeks to keep them looking extra cuddly. Adding tiny touches of red to match their hats and lights helps pull the whole palette together.

Finally, it was time to assemble all the layers and add the sentiment, which I die-cut using the coordinating die. I love how closely the die hugs the stamped image—just that tiny peek of red around the edges really makes the whole design pop. A few white gel pen highlights were the perfect finishing touch to bring everything together.
I’m so happy with how this festive little scene came together. Thanks so much for stopping by, and happy crafting, friends!
