Hero Arts Thinking of You

Hi crafty friends! I’m again reaching into my stash of unused craft supplies to create this “Thinking of You” card featuring Hero Arts stamps and dies.

Hero Arts Thinking you You

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I love creating scene cards and filling them up with many elements, especially critters. But I also want to challenge myself from time to time and create something different.

For this card, I sort of kept true to my creative style and added lots of elements, but the focus of this card is a large sentiment. I often see cards with a large sentiment and think how the card is so beautiful. But honestly, I can count on one hand the number of times a sentiment was the focus of my card.

Pink: RV17, RV55, RV52, RV00, RV000
Yellow: Y15
Black: 100

Wings: B01, B000

For the background, I trimmed down a piece of Hero Hues Adriatic Cardstock, stamped Blowing in the Wind Bold Prints with Versa Mark ink, and clear embossed the entire background. I added slight shading with dye ink on the edges and began working on the card’s focal point.

Using Wood Frame Infinity Dies, I die-cut the second-largest die from white cardstock. Next, I die-cut Bees and Flowers Fancy Dies and the sentiment from Thinking of You Stamp and Cut, then began arranging the elements of my card.

I hope you like my card, and thank you for joining me. Have a wonderful week!
