Happy January! We’re off to a dazzling start. January is synonymous with new beginnings, a fresh start of new ideas, plans, and hopes. I’m not a huge believer in New Year’s resolutions, instead, New Year is a time to create habit-building routines and set smaller, more achievable goals throughout the year. For me, my goal is to set at least 20 minutes a day for self-care. Whatever that looks like on that day!
Today, I’m hopping along with many talented crafters for the Cards For All Season’s Card Hop. This hop takes place every other week and is theme-based. This week, the theme was “New To You”, new product, new technique, etc.

For my box card, I used a stamp I purchased recently from MFT Stamps called Evolving Friends! This is a perfect stamp set for me, as it is based on Pokémon, and my family is slightly obsessed with Pokémon GO!
I created the card using MFT’s Mini Slimline OTB dies and Mini Slimline OTB Grassy Hills. I then simply added a couple of clouds to set the scene.
