Hello everyone,
Today I’m sharing a card I made using the February Flavor of the Month card kit by Scrapping for Less. You can click here for more information about the kits, prices and availability.
This card was inspired by the Scrapping for Less: Show & Share FB group Sketch Challenge and features the adorable Princess Marci by La La Land Crafts.
I used Copic markers to color the image in the following color combination:
Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, E04, R20
Lip: R83
Hair: E37, E35, E33, YR31
Dress & Crown: BG13, BG34, BG10, 0
To create the layout of this card first, I die cut a piece of teal patterned paper and adhered it to an A2 sized card base.
Using various dies I created the focal point of the card with patterned paper from the kit and attached the adorable image with foam squares for a little dimension.
I added the sentiment onto a piece of white cardstock and cut the tag by hand to fit perfectly under the focal point image.
And finally, I added the pearls, enamel shapes and for a little extra sparkle (she is a princess after all) Wink of Stella Glitter over the dress and crown.
