Hi crafty friends! Summer can’t last forever (thankfully so), and here in Florida, this is the most humid and hot month of the year. I’m looking forward to cooler weather, nightly strolls, and of course, kids going back to school.
I’m one of those who like the change of season, and this card is inspired by my favorite season – Autumn!
I stamped and colored the images with Copic Markers, then die-cut everything with coordinating dies.
Copic Marker Combination
Red Apple: R39, R29, R27, R24
Yellow Apple: Y00, Y02, Y08, Y38
Green Apple: YG00, YG23, YG25, YG67
Apple Leaves: G14, G09, G28
Basket: E29, E25 (band) E27, E25, E23, E21
Tree Leaves: YG01, YG05, YG09
Skunk: E49, E47, E44, E43, E41
On a piece of teal cardstock, I stenciled the clouds with white pigment ink, then added splatters of white and blue paint.
Next, I die-cut several elements from cardstock and added Distress Oxide ink for shading.
I finished the card by stamping the sentiment and adhering all the elements with foam adhesive, liquid glue or glue dots to the front of my card panel.
