Hey crafty friends! The June La-La Land Crafts Club Kit is floating into summer like a chubby mermaid riding the waves. Does a chubby mermaid really ride waves??? Not sure, but this kit is full of stamps and dies to create some summer-tastic cards.
I’m sharing two cards featuring the stamps and dies from the June kit. My first card features Marci under the sea.

My second card features two lovely chubby mermaids, aka manatees. As a Florida girl, I’ve had several opportunities to see these sweet animals in the wild; they are as gentle of a giant as they come.

Hi crafty friends! Today is the June release over on the Pawsome Stamps shop featuring new stamps, dies, stencils, and sequin mixes. For my card, I used the Oh Snap stamp and coordinating die set and the newly released Bubble Party Stencil.
As always, I stamp out the images, then use my Copic Markers to color everything in.
Teal: BG7, BG05, BG02, BG01
Flower: Y11, Y15, Y38, E31, E33, E35, E37, E39
Green: G28, G05, G14
For the background, I trimmed down a panel of pink cardstock and inked the edges with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide ink. Next, I added clear glitter paste over the Bubble Party Stencil and dried it overnight. For extra sparkle, I splattered the panel with gold watercolor.
Once all the elements were ready, I used liquid or foam adhesive to add my images to the card panel. I finished today’s card by attaching the sentiment and added the panel to a side folding card base. I hope you enjoy this card!
