For the background, I blended Distress Oxide ink in Tumbled Glass unevenly across a piece of Bristol Smooth cardstock.
I splattered the panel with water and blotted it dry with a paper towel. Once the panel was dry, I die cut the ink blended
panel using the Puffy Cloud Panel Die.

The second panel I created by ink blending Salty Ocean Distress Ink and cover it with a little sparkle using the
Spectrum Noir Glitter Overlay pen.

Lastly, I stamped out the sentiment onto black cardstock, heat set it with white embossing powder and die
cut the sentiment strip using stitched sentiment dies.
