Hello everyone,
I had an opportunity to get into my craft room recently and play with some of the new Fall/Winter 2018 Lawn Fawn products to create an adorable owl teacher card.
I stamped the three owls, an apple, tree branch and the glasses onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 80 lb. cardstock using Memento Tuxedo ink and colored them in with my Copic markers.
Color combination I used:
Owls: E37, E35, and E31 outer part of the body.
E53, E51 and R20 on the face and belly.
YR04 and YR02 on the feet and beak.
Apple: R27, R24 and R22
Tree Branch: E27, E25, E23 and E21
To assemble my card, I die cut a few different patterned papers from the new Knit Picky Fall Collection using a stitched rectangle die, a stitched hillside border die and outside in stitched scalloped rectangle die. I also used the new Thanks Teacher line border die which I die cut using black glittered cardstock and added as my sentiment across the center of the focal point panel.
