Special Announcement and Giveaway | Whimsy Stamps Let’s Be Friends | Slimline Waves Card

Good morning crafty friends, I’m so excited to announce that I am part of the Whimsy Stamps Creative Video Team. And we are
celebrating with a giveaway. All of the details for the GIVEAWAY are on my video, linked down below.

For my card, I created a fun underwater slimline card featuring several Whimsy Stamps and Dies.

Whimsy Stamps Let's Be Mermaids

To make the card, I started with a cut down panel of Arches Watercolor Paper Pad, that I taped to a wooden board in order to
minimize any warping from water. Next, I picked out some blue and purple shades of Ken Oliver’s Color Burst.

The fun part of using these highly pigmented watercolors in powder form, is, after adding a few sprinkles of the powder onto
the paper, seeing the explosion of color after adding a few sprays of water.

While the background was drying, I stamped all of the images with Memento Tuxedo ink onto a piece of Neenah Solar White
80lb cardstock and colored them in with Copic markers.

Once the background was dry, I ink blended some sun rays from the top using a Sun Rays Stencil and white pigment ink.

I die cut the frame using Slimline Waves Die, three times from heavy white cardstock and adhered them together with liquid adhesive.

To finish this card, I added a white embossed sentiment in between the frame, attached the images with foam adhesive, and added
the panel to a white card base.
