Gerda Steiner Bats | Halloween Card | Copic Coloring

Hi there and welcome to my blog. I wanted to share a Halloween inspired card featuring the adorable Gerda Steiner Designs’ Bats stamp.

Gerda Steiner Desings Bats, ink blended background with Distress Oxide inks, mini scene Halloween card.

I began the card by stamping the images with Memento Tuxedo ink onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock.
I used Copic markers to color in all of the images and ScanNCut to cut them out.

Copic Markers Combination

Bats: C9, C7, C5, C3, R11, B01, B00
Moon: C3, C1, C0

I created the background by ink blending Distress Oxide ink in Shaded Lilac just around the area of the moon, Wilted Violet
across the entire panel and Black Soot around the edges. I spritzed the panel with some water and then blotted it with a paper towel.
Next, I splattered diluted white opaque paint and left the panel to dry.

Using the largest Lawn Fawn Rectangle die, I die cut the ink blended background panel removed the mask covering the
moon to color with Copic Markers.

To finish this card, I adhered the background die cut by Craftin Desert Diva, the bats and stamped the sentiment using clear
embossing ink and set it with white embossing powder.

Thank you so much for stopping by, until next timeā€¦.sprinkle a little creativity on your day!
