Pretty Pink Posh | Clean and Simple Strip Inlay Cards |

Hello everyone,

Today’s cards are all about clean and simple card designs. I’m incorporating a strip of ink blended inlaid cardstock in the cards today for a bit of color and a few adorable images to complete these cards.

I die cut three panels of 110 lb. cardstock using a large stitched rectangle die and strips of Bristol smooth cardstock that I will use to ink blend some Distress Oxide inks.

For the first card, I cut a vertical section out of the panel to create the space for a strip of cardstock to inlay. For this card, I combined Squeezed Lemonade and Wild Honey Distress Oxide inks and blended the inks on the Bristol smooth cardstock strip.

After coloring my images with Copic markers, I used the coordinating dies to die cut the images out. I arranged the flower images in the bottom left- hand corner and added the sentiment to complete this card.

The second card features the adorable little koala bears, which I colored with my Copic markers and used my ScanNCut to cut the image out.

The diagonal inlay strip for this card was created by ink blending Fossilized Amber, Carved Pumpkin and a little bit of Vintage Photo on the edges.

For the third and final card in this set, I used two images from Sea Friends and arranged my image elements horizontally across an ink blended inlay strip.
